Pre-Interview, Not Pre-Screen

Every candidate is interviewed by Joe before they reach you. Not a 15-minute phone screen — a proper conversation about career trajectory, motivations, cultural alignment and technical capability. You receive a shortlist of 3–5 candidates. Each one is someone Joe would hire.
