The Brief
One call. 60 minutes. No forms, no tick-boxes. We talk about what you're building, who's already on the team, what's worked before and what hasn't. By the end, Joe understands the role better than most internal hiring managers — because he's been one.
The Search — Not the Ad
Your role is never posted publicly. We approach candidates directly — the ones already succeeding in similar roles at comparable companies. 73% of the best people aren't looking. They're not on job boards. They don't respond to ads. We find them anyway.
Pre-Interview, Not Pre-Screen
Every candidate is interviewed by Joe before they reach you. Not a 15-minute phone screen — a proper conversation about career trajectory, motivations, cultural alignment and technical capability. You receive a shortlist of 3–5 candidates. Each one is someone Joe would hire.
Placement and Beyond
The work doesn't stop at offer accepted. We stay close through the first 90 days — because that's when most hires succeed or fail. Our 92% retention rate isn't a marketing stat. It's the result of what happens after the contract is signed.
